Consultation

After we receive your query, we will contact you for your first consultation:

IN-PERSON:

Review your spaces; a walk-through of your desired spaces.
Discuss your wants and interests for the space(s), areas you may have identified as a problem or issue, goals and budget for your plan.
Discuss if additional home storage and organisation solutions will be required to be purchased (optional).

ONLINE:

Provide photos/video of spaces (e-mail or video-call).
Video-call/phone call to discuss your requirements, goals and budget.

Discuss if additional storage and organisation solutions will be required to be purchased (optional).

Create your plan

After your consultation is complete, we are able to compile your plan for you. Your plan will include a breakdown of services, timeline for completion and estimated cost for the project. This will be sent over for approval before any services are booked in:

CREATE YOUR PLAN:

Planning for ideas for your room(s) and space(s).
Provide possible configurations and recommendations.
Provide procurement of storage and organisation solutions to client (if selected) - additional fee apply.
Provide an estimate timeline for delivery of services.

QUOTE:

Provide costing, dates and times; including estimated schedule.

Calculate total cost of additional storage and organisation solutions required (if selected).

Provide Organisation Plan and Quote to client for approval.

Once your plan is approved, we work together to secure a date and time - and get the process started:
